BUILD (PUSH & PULL)

This class combines strength and hypertrophy training designed for those looking to become functionally stronger and look better. We do push and pull training split, targeting specific muscles based on their mechanics to optimize recovery and performance.

ABS & GLUTES

The main focus of this class is to help you get that peachy butt and toned abs the right way.

BURN

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session where you will burn maximum calories during and after the class (up to 36 hours post-workout). You will train at an intensity only possible in short bursts, making you gasp for air and enjoy every second of the rest period.

HYBRID

This class consists of a series of workouts that not only build muscle and endurance but also enhance mental resilience. A dedicated training ground for you to master all essential HYROX movements

GYMNASTICS

Our gymnastics classes offer a unique blend of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and mobility. During these classes, you will work on handstands, ring dips, muscle-ups, etc.

ENDURANCE

A full-body workout targets your aerobic system by mixing traditional cardio with metabolic complexes and resistance exercises—tons of weights and sweat.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Learn to snatch, clean & jerk from our certified and experienced weightlifting coach, who will teach you through accessible training methodology, helping you to optimize your lifts.
